Welcome to Cognitive Hypnotherapy, a very individual way to achieve a resolution to issues that are holding you back from enjoying life to the full. As Cognitive Hypnotherapy can assist in resolving issues from weight loss through to panic attacks, anxiety and depression, my role is to assist you in finding the cause of your individual problem and to guide you to a solution in the shortest possible time. I also work with clients in enhancing their performance, especially in the sporting environment. I am flexible with session times and I provide a personal therapeutic environment at my Amersham Office and can also provide sessions at the South Bucks BMI Hospitals in Great Missenden, Princess Risborough and High Wycombe.
